How do I get started?

How do you handle cleaning and maintenance?
We work with professional cleaning crews and trusted maintenance partners to ensure your property is spotless and fully operational after every stay or between long-term booking
How do you keep my property secure?

Do I need to be involved in daily operations?
Once onboarding is complete, nothing. U Stay is designed for full-service, passive ownership. You don’t need to respond to guests, vendors, or be involved in logistics. U Stay is designed to be fully hands-off — but if you’d like to stay in the loop, you’ll have full access to reports, calendars, and financials.
